Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
To start a return, contact us at support@skstoreuniversal.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️Important:
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Since we operate internationally, return shipping costs may vary depending on your location.
Shipping costs paid during the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@skstoreuniversal.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
We will evaluate the problem and send a replacement or refund if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
We also do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation requests may not be possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must still be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With tags
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us support@skstoreuniversal.com.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Refunds may be denied if the returned item does not meet our return eligibility conditions.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier handling fees deducted from the refund amount.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If the issue is not resolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will assist you where possible.
"We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving delivery issues."
For certain low-value items, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the product to be returned. This is decided on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement.
