Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

Processing includes:

  • Packaging
  • Dispatch from our fulfilment centres

During holidays, promotional sales, or peak seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched.

Since we ship directly from international warehouses, delivery times vary depending on your location.

International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days
  • Remote Areas: 10–20 business days

Shipping Fees

Order Tracking

In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit between international facilities. This is normal and does not necessarily mean the package is lost.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply according to their country's regulations.

SK Store Universal is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly first.

SK Store Universal is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery. However, we will assist customers where possible in resolving delivery issues.

Refused Packages

If a customer refuses delivery of an order, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages, as products may be shipped from different international warehouses.

This is normal and ensures faster delivery for each item.

You may receive separate tracking numbers for different packages.
